In a touching final celebration of All Soul’s Day on Saturday night November 2nd, hundreds of congregants came to Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Salinas to attend mass, offer their prayers, and as dusk fell, participate in a candlelight procession. Friends and family members sat by the graves of loved ones, many of which were decorated with traditional Day of the Dead marigolds, photographs of the departed, and things that were their favorites in life.
