Despite COVID-19, on Burton Street in Waterbury, Connecticut it was a Halloween to remember. With spooky costumes, candy galore, arts and crafts, a funhouse inside complete with DJ - this friends-and-family outdoor celebration had it all. Thanks to responsible parents determined to give their kids a respite, everyone had fun on a beautiful fall night. Photographs by Jay Dunn.
