Joining more than a million young people worldwide on Friday, March 15th, 2019, thousands of students walked out of school in New York City protesting government inaction over climate change. Marchers began gathering at over a dozen locations, including City Hall and Columbus Circle in Manhattan, the rally culminating in a march alongside Central Park to the steps of the American Museum of Natural History.
