Community organization Universidad Popular's annual "Feria del Mole" exceeded all attendance expectations at its new venue, the Arturo Velasquez Institute in Chicago. The fair is a big draw every year, and generates for the winners local prestige and a shot at commercial success in the fine art of mole making.
