A moving funeral for community leader and philanthropist Arturo Velasquez was held at St. Rita of Cascia Shrine Chapel in Chicago. Born in 1915, Mr. Velasquez entered the US at age 8, parlaying good business sense and a generous heart into multimillion dollar family enterprises.
