Liz Santoyo, 7, really enjoys Felix Miranda's open guitar class at CHISPA's Roosevelt Townhomes in Salinas. Although CHISPA is primarily an affordable housing developer, the organization’s community services department provides an extensive set of programs and activities for residents, including after-school programs, adult literacy education, parenting classes, health education and screenings, Girl Scouts, YMCA, Boys and Girls Clubs of Monterey County, leadership skills training, arts and crafts, music and dance classes, and English as a Second Language.
